Simon Fletcher is the Principal Solicitor of Fletch Law and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a panel member of Legal Aid New South Wales.
Simon established Fletch Law in 2021 having worked as an employed solicitor in the Inner West of Sydney for a number of years. Simon has a wide range of expertise across property, family, employment, criminal law and wills and estates practice. He has a keen interest in football (soccer) and is an avid supporter of Sydney FC.
Ally Borowy

Ally Borowy is a Director of Fletch Law, a Justice of the Peace (New South Wales) and the Head Paralegal of Fletch Law.
Ally joined the Fletch Law team in 2022 having had a wide range of experience across wills and estates, conveyancing and general practice and brings a warm and professional attitude to the team.
Ally is passionate about doing what is right and making sure clients receive the care, understanding and expertise they require during what can be extremely stressful times. Ally has a deep passion for assisting others and is only too happy to do so, as so many of our clients have attested to.
Outside of work, Ally is a foodie and a green thumb.
Tracy is a dedicated property professional with over 11 years of experience in New South Wales and Queensland. She has a strong background in top-tier law firms and corporate legal teams, specializing in commercial, industrial, agricultural, and retail property. Tracy is well-versed in PEXA, Australia’s electronic conveyancing system, and frequently speaks at industry seminars on property law. She is actively involved in social justice, diversity, and mentoring initiatives.
Tracy has been recognised as an ‘Emerging Leader’ by the Cairns Chamber of Commerce in 2015, received the ‘Outstanding Alumni’ award from James Cook University in 2018, and was named one of the ‘500 Women in Property’ by the Property Council of Australia in 2023.

Kimei is a committed Paralegal at Fletch Law with a strong academic foundation in Legal Management and a focused interest in family law. She works closely with Principal Solicitor Simon Fletcher to support clients across a range of family law matters, providing calm, consistent, and compassionate assistance throughout the legal process.
Recognised for her attention to detail and client-centred approach, Kimei ensures each matter is managed with professionalism, care, and efficiency. She is deeply committed to helping families navigate challenging circumstances with dignity, clarity, and respect.
Outside of her professional role, Kimei enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and exploring coastal walks.
